Rachel Tramonte aka “RayChill”
Rachel is a Level I Certified CrossFit Trainer and also holds a CrossFit Nutrition Certification. After years of wasting membership and personal trainer fees at her local gym, Rachel decided it was time for something different. After hearing about CrossFit through friends last year, she began the best obsession of her life! A few months into training she was encouraged by her coach to pursue her Level 1 Certification marking a new career path in helping others achieve optimal fitness ability and health. Her favorite WOD is Annie because its the only one she can actually kick Sean’s a** in!

Sean holds a Level I CrossFit Trainer Certification, a CrossFit Running and Endurance Certification, and is the owner of CrossFit NFT. Sean is a former “GloboGym” member, but has completely changed his view of fitness since being exposed to CrossFit by his mother a couple of years ago. He has been involved with some form of sports and/or exercise throughout most of his life, including soccer when he was younger, boxing, and triathlons more recently. Sean’s favorite WOD is Nancy because of the overhead squats.

Sean Normand aka “Big Sean”
Sean is a Level 1 Certified CrossFit Trainer as well as a CrossFit Certified Barbell Instructor and has recently aquired a CrossFit Football Certification. As a former Army Ranger, Sean has always enjoyed physical endeavors, but not since he separated from the service has he found an activity that tests his fortitude the way CrossFit does. Sean was introduced to CrossFit during one of his last tours in Iraq and it quickly took over his training regime. Sean’s favorite WOD is Linda because it’s a great assessment of strength, speed and power!
Tripp Holt
Tripp is a Crossfit Level I Certified Instructor. Tripp became interested in CrossFit after reading about it in a typical “Body Building” magazine, and quickly realized after his first WOD that CrossFit was not just a workout, but a life choice. Tripp enjoys Paleo cooking ( experimentation ) as well as utilizing CrossFit and the life lessons learned from it to motivate and enhance the lives of others. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University, where he is currently pursuing his Master of Science Degree in the same field. Tripp’s favorite WOD is Chelsea for its simplicity and efficacy.
