Special sessions on Tues & Thurs at 8:00pm and 12:00pm on Saturdays are open exclusively for CrossFit 101 sessions for newcommers.  These sessions need to be arranged in advance.  Email us to secure a spot in our classes so that we can plan for the correct number of attendees.  You can also contact us to schedule one-on-one training.  Currently we are only able to offer this on the weekends.

CrossFit 101’s:
$50 one-time fee
This can be broken up into 1-3 sessions, depending on client’s schedule, and will be a one-on-one overview of the fundamental movements used in CrossFit.  We will make sure that you have a firm understanding of these movements and how to do them safely before you join the normal WOD classes.

Group WOD Unlimited
$120 per month

Police/Fire/Active Military/EMT/Students
$100 per month

Group WOD 3 visits per week
$100 per month

Police/Fire/Active Military/EMT/Students
$80 per month
