Getting Started!

There are a couple of different ways that you can get started at CrossFit NFT.

Drop-In Class:
You can drop in to one of our free, open workouts on Saturday mornings.  Please contact us to let us know that you are coming so that we can plan for the correct amount of attendees.  The 10 a.m. Saturday classes are always free to newcomers, and are a great way to see what we are about before signing up for our CrossFit 101 course.

Personal Training:
You can contact us and sign up for personal training.  Some people would feel more comfortable being trained on a one-on-one basis rather than in a class setting.  A consultation with one of our trainers will help us to set up a personalized plan to help you reach your specific goals.

CrossFit 101:
CrossFit 101 is mandatory for all new CrossFitters.  It is a set of 3 training classes that will help to introduce you to the foundations of CrossFit.  We will go over the fundamental movements that are paramount in our programming, and will ensure that you are taught proper technique on all moves so that you may then attend regular group classes and participate safely.  We feel that it is necessary to hold these sessions seperately in order to give new clients the attention and instruction that they need when learning complicated movements.  We hold 101 sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8pm and Saturdays at 11:00am.
