Reminder: We will not have classes on Friday evening or Saturday.  We will be attending the 2010 Garage Games in Atlanta and will be leaving Friday afternoon.

    Have fun with this WOD. We subbed in rowing instead of running due to foul weather this am. Heading down to G-ville for a nasty mediation today–hope I can lift the file! Or at least cover up when opposing counsel starts to throw stuff.

    What is the scaled weight for deadlifts for females?

    I mean Rx’d weight not scaled..DUH. 10:30am and I haven’t had my coffee yet :)

      Rx’d weight for women will be 155. Generally we go to 70% of the Rx’d mens weight to find women’s weight. Example, for Fran 95lbs x .70=66.5 or 65lbs. Grace 135lbs x .70=94.5 or 95lbs.
