Why CrossFit NFT?
If you are looking at this site, then you have probably been using the same workout routine for years. Why not spend the next month trying something completely different?! If we can't prove to you that CrossFit is the most effective fitness program out there, then just cancel!
* Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and NO sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
* Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics:pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstands, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.
* Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. ROUTINE IS THE ENEMY. Keep workouts short and intense.
* Regularly learn and play new sports!

or if u wanna be mega hardcore do it shirtless, with no shoes
How do you have double under battle wounds all on your arms? Mine are all over my legs. Which have turned into scars……lovely.

not sure how the lashings end up on my arms…i have seen people with similar marks though
